At Trainox, we aim to deliver your orders in a fast and reliable way. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.

Trainox is a print-on-demand (POD) store powered by Qikink, which means each product is made especially for you after you place an order.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Since our products are made-to-order, processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or high demand periods.

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.


DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time:

  • India: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or festivals
  • High order volume periods
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

However, we will always try our best to assist you in tracking your order.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Trainox will not be responsible for any loss or replacement.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Trainox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will try to assist you with the courier company.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.


RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer not available

Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
