Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address (Qikink warehouse or designated return facility). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for return or replacement
  • General returns are allowed within 30 days, but must meet product condition requirements
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Exchanges

We offer exchanges.

The fastest way to get the correct product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will process a replacement or you may place a new order.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • For India orders, fulfillment is handled via Qikink
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
